Wayne Kiphart
As a leader and business strategist, I focus on developing innovative solutions that customers can consume as a service. At Performive, I’m excited to lead a team dedicated to delivering enterprise-class cloud and managed services tailored for mid-sized businesses. Our mission is to empower customers with scalable, flexible, and high-performance solutions that drive their success. I look forward to helping organizations navigate their digital transformation journey and optimize their IT operations in an ever-evolving landscape.
Eric Goldwater
Eric Goldwater is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in senior-level finance and operating roles within various companies. His career began with positions at EY and Microsoft. After leaving Microsoft, Eric has been scaling high-growth SaaS companies in both public and private markets, with expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, and global business operations.
He was VP Finance at Applied Predictive Technologies (acquired by MasterCard), and then he has held the position of CFO at SKDKnickerbocker, CFO and COO of Introhive, and then CFO of Resilinc, most recently. As CFO and COO, Eric has built and influenced the corporate strategy and has aligned the operations of the company to achieve company goals.
He has a Master in Business Administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
Mark Mercado
As Senior Vice President of Sales, Mark is responsible for leading all Sales, Marketing and Channel initiatives for Performive. Mark is a proven industry veteran with over 20 years’ experience building cloud-centric programs for some of the best public and boutique providers in the industry. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and History, and prior to entering the tech industry he held management positions in the financial and wireless industries. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and has been recognized as one of the top Channel Chiefs by CRN magazine.
Rob Ossian
With over 25 years of executive-level experience, Rob Ossian is a distinguished Global Operations Professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at Performive. In this pivotal role, Rob leads and optimizes Support and Customer Service teams, leveraging his experience in leading, scaling, and retaining high-performance teams for startups and Fortune 500 organizations across diverse industries.
Renowned for his creative and motivational leadership, Rob excels in recruiting, managing, and inspiring international and remote Global Operations, Technical Support, and Customer Success teams. His ability to cultivate lasting cross-functional relationships and instill a sense of ownership has consistently contributed to achieving world-class results. At Performive, Rob Ossian remains dedicated to driving operational excellence and delivering unparalleled service to the company’s clientele.
Gary Simat
Gary Simat has extensive real-world experience within the managed services market. A respected leader in the field, he is well versed in the best practices and methods of operating mission-critical workloads, optimizing global networks for performance, and managing cloud platform operations. Gary is an entrepreneur at heart and, with his strategic direction, aims to provide the best possible Cloud and Security Solutions for midsized enterprises.
Having helped develop Performive into what it is today, Gary is keen to give back to the local Atlanta start-up community. He is very active with Atlanta Tech Village as well as a previous member of the advisory board for the Cape Coral Technical College, participating in local hackathons and startup forums. Gary has also been featured as a Cisco Impact Story and has been recognized as a Top Atlanta Entrepreneur twice by TiE Atlanta.
Carlos Carluccio
Carlos Carluccio spends the bulk of his efforts on making certain our technical personnel have the knowledge and motivation to support our diverse customer base. An expert in the technical aspects of hosted services, Carlos draws upon years of knowledge of server and infrastructure engineering best practices.
Knowing what to do and how to keep systems secure is a critical role within Performive. Bringing a detail oriented mind to this process keeps our customers safe and secure.
