Gary Simat has extensive real world experience within the hosted services market. A respected leader in the field, he is well versed on the best practices and methods of running cutting-edge data centers, optimizing global networks for performance, and cloud platform operations. Gary is an entrepreneur at heart and aims to provide the best possible environment for new and established companies to grow and thrive.
Having helped develop Performive into what it is today, Gary is keen to give back to the local Atlanta start-up community. He is very active with Atlanta Tech Village as well as is on the advisory board for the Cape Coral Technical College participating in local hackathons and startup forums. Gary has also been featured as a Cisco Impact Story subject.
Ryan DiRocco is an expert in networking and data center operations with more than two decades of experience within the IT and hosted services sector. He brings deep knowledge in virtualized environment architectures, efficiencies and operations to lead the Performive technical teams. Having built a solid foundation within the hosted services space, Ryan’s experience and dedication is a key component of the Performive team.
The smooth operation of the systems and network at Performive is Ryan’s chief goal. Additionally, he guides engineering and technical product development across the brand.
Jason Brozena has been advising clients on their cloud transformations for over two decades. He is devoted to leading from within, training, and mentoring the Performive account management team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a customer advocate, he is highly skilled at helping clients determine the best ways to grow sustainably and balance their infrastructure investments.
As Vice President of Channel Sales Mark is responsible for all Channel and Strategic Alliance initiatives for Performive. Mark is a proven industry veteran with over 20 years’ experience building cloud-centric channel programs for some of the best public and boutique providers in the industry. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and History, and prior to entering the tech industry he held management positions in the financial and wireless industries. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and has been recognized as one of the top Channel Chiefs by CRN magazine.
Currently the VP of Operations, Davon joined the company as the Director of Customer Success, with responsibility for managing the day to day & strategic operations for the health and care of our customers. Prior to joining Performive, he spent time building scalable support teams and processes across a number of different cloud companies, supporting small and medium businesses.
With over 10 years in the cloud provider space and a passion for helping others, Davon brings a myriad of experience which includes M&A, process improvement, project, and people management, as well as both technical and team leadership. With a “customer first” mindset, he is committed to maintain the highest quality standards to continue to set our teams and customers up for success.
Danielle is an active advocate of IT professionals worldwide to lead their organizations’ growth through innovative IT transformation. In her role as a marketing leader, she is a devil with the details focusing on producing improved metrics tied to campaigns, programs, processes, and operations throughout an organization. She has led messaging and branding for four cloud providers, including Rackspace and SingleHop, aligning sales, product, and marketing teams to a singular identity and set of goals. She enjoys collaborating on thought-leadership within in the industry and speaking at events. As a certified sommelier, Danielle savors her free time while exploring new wine, food, and destinations.
As the Director of Engineering at Performive, Ben Beasley utilizes strong management and technical competencies to set objectives and develop strategies for corporate and customer infrastructure. He provides leadership to the engineering organization as well as drives technical strategy and goal attainment.
Ben has been in the IT business for over 20 years, serving both in the Defense/Intelligence and the Cloud/Managed Services communities. In addition to a degree in computer science, Ben holds 11 highly sought-after certifications from accredited sources such as VMware, SCRUM Alliance, and Microsoft.
Carlos Carluccio spends the bulk of his efforts on making certain our technical personnel have the knowledge and motivation to support our diverse customer base. An expert in the technical aspects of hosted services, Carlos draws upon years of knowledge of server and infrastructure engineering best practices.
Knowing what to do and how to keep systems secure is a critical role within Performive. Bringing a detail oriented mind to this process keeps our customers safe and secure.
As Director of Channel Sales, Ryan is responsible for the continued support and development of the Partner Program. He is a proven leader with over 15 years of experience building channel programs and establishing meaningful and trusted industry relationships. He drives business forward by working to solve mutual business problems with technology solutions through partner ecosystems and strategic alliances.
Ryan’s experience on all sides of the technology channel, from VARs to manufacturers to service providers, has earned him a strong network of credibility and wealth of knowledge. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a concentration in Philosophy that he finds helps in all aspects of business and life.
