She has been pivotal in recruiting new partners to bolster Performive’s presence in the Central U.S.

Caryn’s “superpower” in building and maintaining relationships has been a cornerstone of her success. Her active listening skills and commitment to conducting regular “health checks” ensure that all parties feel heard and supported throughout the sales process. This relational approach enhances partner and customer satisfaction and solidifies trust and loyalty, driving long-term engagement and success.
